Welcome to Jakarta Pet House Training. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at https://training.jakartapethouse.com and all associated services, courses, and digital content. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, enrolling in, or accessing any training program, course materials, or digital resources on this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Jakarta Pet House Training reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
3. Course Access & Intellectual Property
All course content—including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and supplementary materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Jakarta Pet House Training. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Redistribution, resale, modification, or public display without written permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific course offer. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review. No refunds are issued after course access has been granted for more than 24 hours or if any assessment has been submitted. Cancellation of enrollment does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly covered under our Terms & Conditions.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to scrape or harvest content; (b) impersonate others; (c) post harmful, illegal, or infringing content; (d) interfere with site functionality; or (e) violate applicable laws. Breach may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
Training materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Jakarta Pet House Training does not guarantee outcomes, job placement, or certification validity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
8. Modifications & Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
